1. Pop hood, make sure engine and battery are present and not on fire

2. Place key in ignition (optional) & turn on lights

3. Turn ignition, hold for approximately 3 minutes

4. Put gas to floor and hold for 30 seconds

5. Neutral drop

6. Restart

7. Drive where you want to go

8. At stop, place out of gear

9. Pop hood

10. Place hand over carb until truck dies

11. EFI models, use hammer to disable

12. Disconnect battery
